How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

Which governorates do you deliver to?

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt within 2 to 5 working days. Shipping is EGP 75 to Cairo and Giza, EGP 90 to other governorates, and free on the Complete Routine.

Which product should I start with?

If frizz is the issue, start with the Anti-Frizz Set. If combing is a struggle, start with the Conditioner and Leave-In Cream. If you want full care, go for the 5-step routine.

How often do I use the hair mask?

Once or twice a week after shampooing, in place of the conditioner that day.

Does the leave-in cream need rinsing?

No. Apply it to clean, towel-dried hair and leave it in.

Will the serum make my hair greasy?

No, it's a light, creamy serum. One or two pumps on the ends is enough.
